This Level 2 qualification is suited for anyone involved in handling, preparing or serving food in the catering sector. As per law, every food handler must possess knowledge about the principles of food hygiene and be aware of the best practices to work safely and protect the food against contamination.

This level 2 course deals with the legal requirements and brings out the best practices such as mitigating food safety hazards, temperature control, storage & preparation of food, and personal and cleaning the premises. Learners will undergo interactive activities, and written and video content. On successfully completing this training, learners will be confident about skills in food hygiene and protecting people and ensure compliance with food hygiene law
